Big Goals founder Juliet Robinson brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a 360 degree perspective on organisational change, communication and development. Having spent more than 20 years running businesses, leading teams and being part of high-performing teams Juliet is focused on helping organisations large and small develop their leadership capabilities and create lasting change. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, leadership development, communications, cultural change and team building. Juliet has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.
With the ability to leverage highly experienced practitioners, the Big Goals team combines hands-on experience of working with some of Australia’s largest companies and sectors with valuable skills gained from working in government departments, emergency services, growing businesses and startups. In short, we bring a scaleable and broad base of experience in the people and strategic issues that organisations and leaders grapple with every day.
